paid vacation and personal days\nResponsibilities\nThe reponsibility of the Interline Accounting Analyst is to manage and reduce the days of sales outstanding by using collection techniques on Interline receivables.\nPrincipal Duties:\nReview aging for each carrier\nManage returned mail\nCall Interline carriers to collect on delinquent bills\nCorrect billing rates from the Outbound Collect Queue before invoicing customers\nReview and correct invoices as appropriate\nSend supporting documents to customers when corrections are necessary\nProvide quality customer service in a timely manner for all internal and external customers\nManage Audit Correction reports from partners by updating terms, discounts, accessorials\nRespond to emails from Partners on terms, rates, reconsignments, returns and accessorials in a timely and professional manner\nProcess 999 Refunds\nManage the Auditing Queue\nEffectively handle special assignments as directed\nAbility to assist with the Partnership Accounting team job duties as needed\nContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or similar or 3+ years of related, professional experience\nStrong organization skills\nAttention to detail\nKnowledge of state and federal tax form processes \nExcellent written and oral communication\nAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nStrong teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills\nBenefits\nStable and growing organization\nCompetitive weekly pay\nProfessional, positive and people-centered work environment\nComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.\nPaid holidays (8);
