If you have at least one year of experience soldering small components in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with your hands, adhesives, and tools - this is a role you can step into right away. Apply now!\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings\nMix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes\nPerform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience)\nInspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards\nOperate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment\nMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\nComply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director\nRequired Qualifications: \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nMinimum1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nMinimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components\nExperience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nPreferred but not required:\nExperience with electrical splicing techniques\n\nBackground in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing\n\nFamiliarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment\n\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nAll employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here:\nWe are a multi-generational team with members representing a diversity of cultures, educational backgrounds, experience levels and ideas all 'making it happen' from one location in beautiful, coastal South Florida.
