You'll identify new opportunities, build strong commercial relationships and use performance data to drive high-quality customer acquisition.\nThis is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key growth channel within an ambitious international betting business while working closely with both our Spanish market team and central DAZN Bet functions.\nThe Role\nAs Affiliate Account Manager - Spain, you'll support the continued growth and optimisation of DAZN Bet's affiliate acquisition channel across the Spanish market.\nYou'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting and activating new affiliate partners while managing and developing our existing relationships to improve acquisition, revenue and long-term customer value.\nWorking closely with the Managing Director Spain, central Affiliate team, local Marketing and CRM teams, Compliance and BI/Analytics, you'll provide dedicated local ownership of the Spanish affiliate programme.\nYou'll ensure our affiliate activity is commercially effective, appropriately localised and fully aligned with Spanish gambling regulation, Responsible Gambling requirements and DAZN Bet's brand standards.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nIdentify, recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across Spain, focusing on sustainable customer acquisition and long-term player value.\nBuild and manage strong relationships with affiliate partners, owning campaigns, placements, performance discussions and day-to-day commercial requirements.\nNegotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements, ensuring commercial terms deliver sustainable acquisition economics and strong ROI.\nMonitor and optimise performance across FTDs, CPA, conversion, GGR/NGR, retention and ROI, using data to identify opportunities and improve partner performance.\nCoordinate with local Marketing, CRM and Creative teams to deliver effective affiliate campaigns, landing pages, content, promotions and supporting assets.\nEnsure affiliate activity complies with Spanish gambling regulation, advertising requirements, Responsible Gambling standards and DAZN Bet brand guidelines.\nOwn reporting and forecasting across affiliate performance, spend and partner activity, providing clear insights and recommendations to local and central stakeholders.\nWork closely with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Compliance, Finance, Product, BI and the central Affiliate team to resolve issues and maximise channel performance.\nStay close to the Spanish betting and affiliate landscape, identifying new partners, competitor activity, market trends and opportunities to grow the channel.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, account management, business development or performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, online sports betting or casino.\nStrong knowledge of affiliate commercial models including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements, with proven experience negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.\nA track record of managing and optimising acquisition performance across FTDs, CPA, conversion, GGR/NGR, retention and ROI.\nStrong analytical and commercial judgement, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into clear actions and recommendations.\nExperience managing external partners and building long-term, commercially successful relationships.\nGood understanding of digital acquisition, tracking, attribution, affiliate platforms and the wider performance marketing ecosystem.\nStrong knowledge of the Spanish regulated betting and gaming market, including gambling advertising and promotional requirements.\nExcellent organisation, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to operate independently in a fast-moving international business.\nNative-level Spanish and fluent English, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills;
