modular Kotlin code following best practices and design patterns. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and product goals into robust technical solutions. \nLead code reviews, performance profiling, and release planning to ensure engineering excellence. \nGuide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. \nStay current with Android technologies, contributing to DAZN’s evolving technical roadmap. \n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n8+ years of total experience in software development, with 2+ years in a Lead or Architecture role. \nStrong hands-on experience with Android app development using Kotlin and Java. \nProven experience designing and implementing scalable, modular architectures for mobile apps. \nExperience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend services. \nProficiency in software design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI) and mobile development best practices. \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release workflows. \nStrong understanding of SOA, JSON/REST, and XML/SOAP -based integrations. \nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills. \n\nNice to Have\nExperience with AWS services (Lambda, Aurora, SQS) or GCP Firebase. \nKnowledge of broadcast systems, digital video pipelines, or metadata workflows. \nExposure to event-driven architectures, microservices, and real-time data systems. \nExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and distributed engineering teams. \nFamiliarity with AndroidX TV libraries and UI frameworks for connected
