You'll work closely with teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Commercial to identify meaningful customer needs and problems, develop solutions together, and contribute to the evolution of our product strategy.\n\nYou'll join a dynamic, international environment where data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of how we work every day.\nThe Role\n\nAs a Product Manager, you'll work on some of DAZN's most important digital customer experiences - from our mobile apps and eCommerce journeys to subscription experiences and integrations with some of the world's best-known brands.\n\nYou'll help continuously evolve our mobile experience and establish DAZN as the Home of Sports for our customers. At the same time, you'll work on eCommerce features and optimise our sales and trading journeys, making it easier for customers to find, purchase, and manage the right DAZN proposition for them. Data, experimentation, and A/B testing will help you and the team understand what works and where we can improve.\n\nYou'll also contribute to product initiatives and integrations with leading international companies across telecommunications, automotive, broadcasting, and streaming.\n\nWorking at the intersection of our local markets and global Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams, you'll help bring together local customer needs and commercial opportunities with DAZN's global product strategy.\n\nThis role is based in Munich.\nPlease note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nWorking with our global Product, Design, and Engineering teams to continuously improve the DAZN mobile experience and help establish DAZN as the Home of Sports for our customers\nDeveloping eCommerce features and customer journeys that provide a simple and compelling experience - from a customer's first interaction with DAZN through subscription and ongoing account management\nContinuously optimising our sales and trading journeys, using data, customer feedback, experimentation, and A/B testing to test new approaches and deliver measurable improvements\nContributing to product initiatives and integrations with leading international brands across telecommunications, automotive, broadcasting, and streaming\nRepresenting the voice of the customer and helping balance local market needs with global product priorities\nTranslating customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, priorities, and measurable success criteria\nCollaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations\nSupporting product initiatives from discovery and delivery through launch, analysis, and continuous optimisation\nCommunicating product plans, priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to relevant stakeholders across the business\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nExperience in Product Management or a related digital product role, ideally within streaming, consumer technology, media, or eCommerce\nExperience contributing to the development and delivery of digital products or customer experiences, with an understanding of the different stages of the product development lifecycle\nGood analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to approach problems in a structured way and set priorities\nAn interest in working with data and using it alongside customer feedback and other insights to inform product decisions\nStrong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders\nExperience working in an agile, cross-functional environment alongside Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams\nA customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with an eagerness to take ownership, learn, and continue developing as a Product
