The platform layer is the hardest part: multi-level approval chains, workflow configuration, legacy data migration, and data models that took two decades to evolve. We need someone who thinks in systems, not features.\n\nThis is NOT a consumer PM role.\n\nYou will spend more time mapping approval hierarchies and documenting edge cases than designing interfaces. If platform architecture and workflow configuration interest you - this is the role. If you want growth hacking or B2C work, this is not it.\n\nWhat You'll Own:\n\nOrder Management System (OMS):\n\n- End-to-end ad booking lifecycle - initiation through moderation, scheduling, and completion across all order segments. Built for B2B Agencies, B2C Customer Platform, and Internal Users.\n\n- Agency features - dashboards, client manager, reports for billing statements, credit note statements, payment advice logs, outstanding registers.\n\n- Integration design - OMS to MDM, ad scheduling systems, and finance and billing.\n\nMaster Data Management (MDM): \n\n- Sales User Hierarchy System - 1,000+ sales executives, dual reporting structures, role-based access, approval chain configuration.\n\n- Business Partner Management System - agency, direct client, and government onboarding with different validation rules.\n\n- Workflow Configuration Engine - multi-level approvals, with proxy and delegation logic, exception scenario handling.\n\n- Rate and Scheme Configuration - rate card structure, discount governance, pricing logic enforcement.\n\nPlatform Integrity: \n\n- Data migration planning - legacy SAP to new schema, migration rules and validation checks.\n\n- Edge case documentation - every 'what if' resolved before development, not after.\n\n- UAT design and facilitation - 20-30 test cases per module with domain expert users.\n\nWho You Are\n\nMust-Have\n\n- 5-8 years in product management or business analysis, with at least 3 years on enterprise B2B systems\n\n- Platform-level thinking - data models, workflow engines, approval hierarchies, integration design\n\n- Enterprise system experience - ERP, CRM, OMS, or equivalent.
