The role will involve managing affiliate activities, coordinating promotional campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, conversions and revenue.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support affiliate marketing activities across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.\n\nIdentify and communicate with suitable affiliate partners and establish and maintain professional relationships.\n\nCoordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, affiliate links and marketing materials across different platforms.\n\nMonitor traffic,engagement, conversions, revenue and other key performance indicators.\n\nAnalyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.\n\nResearch social media trends, market developments and new opportunities to support the growth of affiliate marketing activities.\n\nWork closely with internal teams to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.\n\nEnsure affiliate links, tracking information and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.\n\nMaintain accurate records of affiliate partners, campaigns, performance results and related activities.\n\nStay up to date with social media and digital marketing trends and recommend new opportunities where appropriate.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.\n\nPractical experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.\n\nGood understanding of affiliate marketing, social media engagement, conversion and performance metrics.\n\nFluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and relationship management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n\nExperience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, social media tools or analytics platforms is considered an advantage.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nBenefits\nBirthday leave\n\nCentrally located office\n\nOpportunity to work with an international team\n\nCorporate discounts with selected partners\n\n*We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
