Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager who has genuinely scaled brands - not maintained them. You will own DB Investing's social media strategy and its day-to-day execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. This is a full-ownership role covering strategy, planning, publishing, community, social listening and reporting. Fintech or financial services social media experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the social media strategy across all platforms and translate it into a working monthly content plan with clear objectives per channel.

• Run day-to-day publishing, scheduling, optimisation and community management, and set the standard for what goes out.

• Grow engaged, relevant communities - measured on engagement quality, saves, meaningful comments and sentiment, not vanity follower counts.

• Build platform-native content with design and content teams: short-form video, carousels, market commentary and trader education.

• Own social listening and sentiment tracking; surface insight back to the wider marketing and product teams.

• Handle escalation and crisis response on social with speed and judgement, inside compliance boundaries.

• Set the tone of voice on social for a regulated financial brand - educational and measured, never promising outcomes.

• Work alongside the influencer and partnerships function to make sure creator output and owned social reinforce each other.

• Report monthly on growth, engagement quality, sentiment and social-assisted conversion, with clear recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in social media, including direct ownership of at least one fintech or financial services brand with a combined following of 10,000+.

• Full strategy and execution ownership in a previous role - not execution-only or support.

• Hands-on planning, publishing, optimization and reporting across at least three major platforms.

• Demonstrable scaling record: growth, engagement quality and community health you can evidence with numbers.

• Sound judgement on compliance and sentiment in a regulated financial context.

• Fluent professional English and Arabic - read, write and speak.

• Forex/CFD or trading platform social media experience.
