Providing services ranging from feasibility studies to detailed designs through construction and completion of large national infrastructure projects. The candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. Working directly with a Civils Director you will be responsible for all aspects of client management, financial/commercial management, team leadership/growth.\nKey traits and skills:\nReporting to a Civil Director, the ideal candidate, pending experience, will display the following key traits and skills:\nAbility to Lead & manage multiple projects\n\nStrong financial management skills and commercial awareness.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAn understanding of the fundamentals of civil engineering works.\n\nStrong background in the design principles set out in national / local authority standards and technical guidance documents such as GDSDS, IW CoP, DMURS, Cycle Design Manual, DMRB, and TII Publications etc.\n\nExperience in leading multi-disciplinary design team co-ordination and workflow.
