Current projects include: The development and preparation of Transport Strategies/LTPs for large towns and Local Areas Leading multidisciplinary design teams and partners in developing transport networks for new towns, residential & commercial developments in accordance with DMURS The design & appraisal of Active Travel schemes (walking & cycling) in urban and rural environments including greenways (preliminary and detailed) The design of a number of significant bus priority schemes The design of various traffic management schemes (including environmental improvement and traffic calming schemes of towns and villages) Providing assistance/advice to other departments in DBFL (roads/highway design, street network design in accordance with DMURS, car park design, service access strat
