Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications to support the bank's technology infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Continuously research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the bank's technology capabilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the bank's applications
Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries to improve code quality and efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years in React JS
Proficient in modern web development technologies, such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
