This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication campaigns, supporting leadership communications, and executing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connectivity, and organizational alignment.\nThe ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, excellent stakeholder manager, and experienced communications practitioner who can work across multiple channels to deliver impactful employee experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nInternal Communication Strategy & Campaigns\nSupport the development and execution of DBS Tech India's internal communications strategy.\nPlan and execute organization-wide communication campaigns aligned to business priorities.\nManage end-to-end communication requests from internal stakeholders.\nDrive awareness and engagement initiatives that support organizational goals and employee experience.\nContent Development & Editorial Management\nCreate and curate engaging content across internal communication channels.\nWrite and edit newsletters, leadership messages, articles, employee stories, announcements, and campaign assets.\nMaintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.\nEnsure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and communications standards across channels. \nDigital & Employee Communication Channels\nManage and enhance employee engagement through channels such as:\nLife@DBS\nNewsletters\nPodcasts\nMicrosites\nEDMs (Email Direct Mailers)\nMonitor channel performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.\nDrive adoption and effectiveness of internal communication platforms. \nLeadership Communications\nPartner with senior leaders to develop impactful leadership communications.\nSupport town halls, leadership visits, and strategic communication initiatives.\nProvide communications advisory support to stakeholders on messaging and engagement approaches.\nDraft talking points, speeches, FAQs, and leadership updates. \nEmployee Engagement & Events\nSupport planning and communication for employee engagement programs and corporate initiatives.\nManage communications for town halls, leadership visits, culture programs, and key organizational events.\nDevelop communication plans and collateral to drive participation and engagement.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. \nGovernance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain content governance, communication standards, and best practices.\nTrack campaign performance and communication effectiveness using engagement metrics.\nGenerate insights and recommendations to continuously improve communication channels and employee experience.\nMeasure success of campaigns and report outcomes to stakeholders. \nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.\n3-6 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Marketing Communications, or a related role.\nProven ability to develop compelling content for diverse audiences.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and email communication tools.\nFamiliarity with analytics and performance measurement is preferred.\nKey Skills\nInternal Communications\nContent Writing & Storytelling\nCampaign Management\nStakeholder Management\nLeadership Communications\nEditorial Planning\nEvent Communications\nDigital Communications\nProject Management\nAnalytics & Reporting\nSuccess Measures\nIncreased employee engagement across communication channels.\nTimely delivery of high-quality communication campaigns.\nPositive stakeholder feedback on communication support and advisory services.\nImproved reach, readership, and engagement metrics for internal communication platforms.\nStrong participation in organizational initiatives, town halls, and employee programs.\nLocation:\nHyderabad -
