In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented operational risk professional to join the Consumer Banking Wealth Management Operations (CBWMO) Risk and Control team. The role is responsible for supporting management of operational risk and controls, monitoring key risk indicators, coordinating the follow-up of control issues, and preparing risk and governance information. The successful candidate should bring relevant experience in banking operations, risk management, internal controls, audit, or compliance, together with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nIncident Management: Coordinate fact gathering, impact assessment, root cause analysis, incident documentation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions for operational incidents.\nRisk & Control Assessment: Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), thematic reviews, process reviews, and other risk assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls across operational processes. Analyze relevant information and review findings, identify control gaps and improvement opportunities, constructively challenge existing practices.\nReporting & Governance: Compile and update key risk indicators (KRIs), quality metrics, incident records, meeting materials, and routine management reports.\nStakeholder Management: Work closely with operations teams and relevant risk and control functions to provide practical guidance, facilitate timely issue resolution, and support the implementation of sustainable control enhancements.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance risk and control processes through data analysis, automation, and appropriate use of digital or AI-enabled solutions.
