initiatives, process enhancements, and knowledge-sharing practices.\nMaintain strong collaboration within the support team and across GFMT teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery to business with a commitment to service excellence\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting mission-critical financial applications.\nHands-on experience with IBM Spectrum Computing (Murex GRID).\nStrong understanding of Termsheet generation tools and FX Trading applications (eFXO).\nPractical experience with AWS services (ECS, EC2, CloudWatch).\nExperience working with Red Hat OpenShift (Pods, Containers, Clusters).\nKnowledge of Java, Microservices architecture, and Databases [MSSQL, MariaDB & MongoDB].\nFamiliarity with Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services.\nGood understanding of Structured Products and FX products.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK (Kibana), Prometheus, and Grafana.\nHands-on experience with DevOps tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins and CA Release Automation\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.\nComfortable operating in a Front Office trading environment with time-sensitive deliverables.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
