environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Vendor Management\nSupport the execution of sourcing activities across technology categories including IT professional services, software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT services.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and category initiatives.\n\nConduct supplier research and market assessments to support sourcing recommendations.\n\nSupport vendor rationalisation and optimisation initiatives through data analysis and market benchmarking.\n\nMaintain supplier information and contribute to vendor management activities as required.\n\nRequirement Gathering & Vendor Evaluation\nPartner with Technology and business stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and business objectives.\n\nSupport the development of sourcing approaches, evaluation criteria, and vendor assessment frameworks.\n\nCoordinate sourcing activities including information gathering, supplier engagement, and evaluation exercises.\n\nAssist in assessing vendor solutions based on business, technical, commercial, and risk considerations.\n\nSourcing Execution & Commercial Support\nSupport sourcing events including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and supplier due diligence processes.\n\nPrepare sourcing documentation, evaluation materials, business cases, and recommendation papers.\n\nParticipate in commercial discussions and contract reviews with suppliers.\n\nWork closely with Procurement, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure sourcing activities progress effectively.\n\nTrack sourcing milestones and follow up on action items across stakeholders.\n\nStakeholder Partnerships\nBuild productive working relationships with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and business teams.\n\nProvide support and guidance on sourcing processes and market insights where appropriate.\n\nFacilitate coordination between stakeholders to ensure timely completion of sourcing activities.\n\nContribute to discussions and recommendations through structured analysis and data-driven insights.\n\nGovernance & Risk Management\nEnsure sourcing activities comply with internal procurement, governance, and third-party risk management requirements.\n\nSupport vendor onboarding, due diligence, and approval processes.\n\nPrepare and maintain sourcing documentation required for audit, compliance, and regulatory purposes.\n\nAssist in monitoring sourcing risks and escalating issues where necessary.\n\nMarket Intelligence & Planning\nMonitor technology market trends, emerging suppliers, and industry developments.\n\nConduct benchmarking and spend analysis to support sourcing decisions.\n\nSupport planning for contract renewals, sourcing opportunities, and vendor engagements.\n\nContribute insights on pricing, licensing models, and supplier capabilities.\n\nRequirements\nExperience\n2-3 years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, consulting, or related disciplines.\n\nExperience supporting sourcing initiatives involving technology products and services.\n\nExposure to technology categories such as software, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT professional services.\n\nExperience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.\n\nSkills & Capabilities\nGood understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to gather, organise, and analyse information to support sourcing decisions.\n\nGood commercial awareness and understanding of vendor engagement processes.\n\nEffective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to operate in ambiguous and complex environment.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.\n\nDomain Knowledge\nMinimum two years of sourcing in a FI environment in a tech category\n\nGood understanding of technology platforms, software licensing, cloud services, or IT sourcing considerations.\n\nFamiliarity with vendor selection, contract management, and supplier engagement processes.\n\nUnderstanding of FI/ banking governance, compliance, and third-party risk considerations is an advantage.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related
