ensuring business scenarios and acceptance criteria are well defined.\nWork with QA and Test Automation teams to help develop functional, integration and automation test scenarios based on documented requirements.\nValidate delivered functionality against business requirements and support defect triage, root cause discussions and issue resolution activities.\nEnsure all requirements, changes and enhancements are properly version-controlled and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in release planning, production deployment preparation and post-release validation activities.\nLeverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve requirement documentation, analysis and quality assurance processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.\n2-4 years of Business Analysis experience in Banking, Financial Services or Technology projects.\nBasic understanding of Corporate Internet Banking, Digital Banking, Payments or Financial Services platforms.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate effectively with business users, developers, testers and project stakeholders.\nExperience preparing:\nUser Stories\nBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD)\nFunctional Specification Documents (FSD)\nProcess Flows\nAcceptance Criteria\nRequirement Traceability Matrices\nUnderstanding of payment processing concepts including:\nPayment Initiation\nApproval Workflows\nMaker-Checker Processes\nTransaction Status Tracking\nNotifications and Alerts\nUser Entitlements and Access Control\nExposure to API-based systems, digital channels and modern banking platforms is an advantage.\nExperience supporting QA and
