In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.\nJob Objective:\nTo deliver high-quality products and services to internal and external customers in line with established service standards.\nTo support the unit in adhering to risk and control guidelines.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPerform clerical functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Section Manager.\nAnswer in-scope enquiries from internal and external customers.\nParticipate in project implementation.\nExecute maker or checker functions assigned by Team/Section Manager, including system input/authorization, data/information verification, document handling, application screening for compliance, document preparation, and liaison with service providers.\nPropose and execute resolutions for problems and exceptions.\nHandle and manage projects.\nEscalate any exceptions, problems, errors, or abnormal transactions identified during processing to the Team/Section Manager or Department Manager.\nSuggest improvement opportunities to the Team/Section Manager when applicable.\nCollaborate with team members to achieve assigned tasks.\nAchieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nJob Requirements:\nStrong sense of risk and fraud control.\nGood in PC skills.\n'A' Level or above;
