managers, HR, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new contingent staff.\n- Monitor and track contingent workforce contracts and ensure timely renewals or replacements.\n- Facilitate communication and coordination between all parties involved in the contingent staff lifecycle.\nTech Staff Profile Maintenance:\n- Execute all updates of application technology workforce profile changes within various systems platforms.\n- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data related to contingent staff profiles.\n- Manage related tasks concerning vendor billing and invoice processing for contingent staff.\n- Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.\nPerformance and Strategic Planning:\n- Support input metric updates across financial, operational, and customer success dashboards.\n- Flag red, yellow, and green performance triggers early and partner with department leaders to build corrective action plans.\nAssistant Support to Head of Technology:\n- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.\n- Act as back up of administrative tasks, including procurement, People Engagement.\nRequirements\n- 2+ years of experience in performance management, administrative support or a similar role\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams\n- Ability to work
