(#B3W).\nResponsibilities:\n- Daily Payment Processing for PL, Credit Card, Cashline, ESL\n- Monitoring sundry/suspense account used for Personal Loan, ensure outstanding item is settled before the ageing limit\n- Ensuring the request via email/I-Serve for financial adjustment, maintenance including close and re-book and Early Pay Off request are executed as per SLA\n- Handling Collection program or other Marketing Programme related to Personal Loans\n- Handling Ad-hoc request/programme that is related to Personal Loan\n- Handling fee waiver for ESL and other adhoc request related to ESL product as per SLA\n- Handling customer query related to incoming payment etc, and ensure the complaint is responded and closed within the agreed TAT\nRequirements:\n- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any major\n- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.\n- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication
