processes to improve efficiency and quality outcomes\nSupport end-to-end system user story writing, UAT, regression testing with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks for testing\nOwn automation results, continuously improve automation coverage, stability, and efficiency\nReview functional and technical specifications to derive effective test scenarios, and prepare and maintain test cases, test data, and execution results\nDriving strategic digital transformation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience, with AI/ML and data analytics being key enablers.\nSupport other tasks as assigned\nQualifications\n10 years+ experience in software testing, QA, or automation/performance testing roles, minimum of 1 year of experience in artificial intelligence technologies\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline\nStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams\nWillingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges\nSelf-starter with strong business acumen,
