Responsible for coordinating with various teams to collect necessary information, preparing detailed and accurate responses, and ensuring timely submissions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk.\nResponsibilities\nRFI Management\nReview and assess incoming audit RFIs.\nCoordinate with IT and security teams to gather and compile information related to CyberArk and other systems.\nEnsure all responses are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.\nCyberArk Integration\nUtilize CyberArk to manage privileged accounts and access controls relevant to audit RFIs.\nEnsure that CyberArk configurations and practices are aligned with audit requirements.\nProvide insights into how CyberArk is used for compliance and security purposes in response to audit inquiries.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain organized records of all RFIs, responses, and related documentation.\nPrepare detailed reports and summaries of RFI processes and outcomes for internal review, including CyberArk-related information.\nCommunication\nAct as the primary point of contact for auditors and internal teams regarding RFIs.\nProvide clear and concise explanations of CyberArk-related information as needed.\nCompliance and Quality Assurance\nEnsure that all responses adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies, with a focus on CyberArk integration.\nReview and verify the accuracy of data related to CyberArk before submission.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify areas for improvement in the RFI handling process and suggest enhancements, particularly in relation to CyberArk.\nStay updated on industry best practices
