business to improve the customer experience\nRequirements\nNon-technical Experience\nShould have full understanding of at least one Banking Product\nStrong academic background\nShould be self -motivated, adaptable, focused & well organized\nShould possess a creative bent of mind and should be a strategic thinker\nTechnical Experience\n3-7 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics (Consumer Banking, Ecommerce, Retail, Telecoms) with demonstrated track of generating value through data driven solutions\nShould have full understanding of applications of DS/ML/AI solutions to various business problems\nProficiency in using databases like Teradata, NoSQL and Hadoop using SQL, Hive, PySpark, etc.\nProgramming experience in Python, R, PySpark, TensorFlow or other machine learning oriented programming languages/platforms\nGood understanding of technology tools especially those related to analytics, data & modelling\nAbility to communicate complex analysis/models across a diverse team\nGood written and oral communication skills.\nEducation / Preferred Experience\nB.Sc./ M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or
