The Program Manager will ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals and contribute to maintaining DBS's position as a digital leader in the banking industry\nKey Accountabilities\nPortfolio Governance & Delivery Oversight\nEnsure effective tracking, monitoring, and governance of all projects within the portfolio.\nDrive adherence to timelines, milestones, dependencies, and organizational standards.\nStrategic & Annual Planning\nSupport leadership in translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.\nFacilitate annual operating plans, quarterly reviews, and prioritization exercises.\nProject Planning & Execution Management\nEstablish project plans, monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution.\nTrack delivery commitments and provide proactive escalation of critical concerns.\nFinancial Planning & Cost Management\nManage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial governance across programs.\nEnsure optimal utilization of budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.\nManagement Reporting & Decision Support\nPublish accurate and timely MIS, dashboards, and executive reports.\nProvide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.\nJob Duties & responsibilities\nPortfolio & Project Governance\nMaintain a consolidated view of all projects, programs, milestones, and dependencies.\nConduct regular governance reviews and status meetings.\nEnsure compliance with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.\nTrack risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive closure actions.\nStrategic Planning\nSupport annual planning, budgeting, and roadmap development exercises.\nFacilitate prioritization of initiatives aligned to business objectives.\nTrack strategic goals and key outcomes against approved plans.\nProject Planning & Monitoring\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans and delivery dashboards.\nMonitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and delivery health.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution alignment.\nDrive corrective actions for projects deviating from plan.\nMIS & Executive Reporting\nPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio MIS reports.\nPublish executive dashboards covering delivery status, financials, risks, and key metrics.\nGenerate insights and recommendations for leadership reviews.\nFinancial Management\nManage annual budget planning and periodic forecasting.\nTrack actual spend against approved budgets.\nMonitor vendor, resource, and project-related costs.\nHighlight budget variances and recommend corrective actions.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with business, RMG, product, technology, finance, and operations teams.\nFacilitate governance forums and leadership reviews.\nEnsure clear communication of project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders\nRequired Experience\n9+ years of experience with a proven track record in the financial services and/or banks, ideally in managing developments for retail banking\nProven experience in program or project management within the financial services industry, specifically with a focus on platform development or large-scale technology projects.\nStrong understanding of Consumer Banking products, services, and customer journeys.\nDemonstrated experience in managing projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.\nSolid understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance within the banking sector.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nFamiliarity with digital transformation initiatives, API integrations, and emerging technologies with AI mindset.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEducation / Preferred Qualifications\nB Tech / MBA\nCore Competencies\nResults driven -
