In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end BAU, Change Release.\nDay-to-day monitoring, backup, deployment, and maintenance of Release Environments\nProductionMonitoring and Recovery:\nPerform online services and batch job monitoring.\nExecute recovery procedures in production environments.\nApplicationHealth and Maintenance:\nConduct regular application health checks.\nPerform scheduled maintenance activities.\nIncidentManagement:\nLog, analyze, and resolve production incidents.\nService Requests and Batch Scheduling:\nHandle ad-hoc service requests.\nManage ad-hoc batch job scheduling.\nBusiness Continuity Planning (BCP):\nParticipate in Business Continuity Planning activities.\nDaily Operational Tasks:\nPerform daily system health checks.\nProvide pre-batch and batch support.\nMonitor End-of-Day (EOD) processes and resolve job failures.\nInterfaceManagement:\nSupport all upstream and downstream interfaces.\nEnsure timely handoff to downstream teams before cut-off times.\nForecast and escalate potential delays in processing or handoffs.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 6-9 years of experience in an Application Support environment, including Business As Usual (BAU) operations, Service Improvement Projects (SIP), KPI/KRI measurement, stakeholder management, and reporting.\nDemonstrated experience in Production Support.\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Unix Shell/Perl Scripting.\nSolid understanding and experience with Oracle SQL.\n Platform/Tool Knowledge:\nWorking knowledge of Apache Server, OCP (OpenShift Container Platform), and Citrix.\nExposure to monitoring tools such as TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), ITRS, and ELK Kibana.\nNetworking:\nBasic understanding of network troubleshooting.\nGood knowledge with Linux/Unix , shell scripting , GIT , Jenkins , Enterprise Jira , Confluence\nThe candidate should have infrastructure/technical background with knowledge on Open Systems platform and moderate information security knowledge\nHave good skills in working with application teams and service providers in defining deployment plan, cutover/migration strategy, and test plan.\nCandidate must speak and write well.\nSelf-motivated, innovative, and proactive.
