delivery and leverage.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nStrong experience as a hands-on technical leader building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.\nDeep expertise in one or more of these core technologies: Java, ReactJS, Python, and Go, with strong full stack engineering capability.\nProven track record designing scalable, resilient, high-performance systems serving large user or transaction volumes.\nStrong architectural depth across distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and modern micro-frontend patterns.\nExperience leading engineers across multiple squads while remaining deeply involved in technical design and delivery.\nStrong experience building order management systems and execution management systems.\nStrong domain experience in areas such as Bonds, Equities, FX, Structured Products, Funds, Digital Assets, or advisory domains such as portfolio construction, rebalancing, and risk management.\nExperience in credit or banca domains is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,
