You will partner with architects, data engineers, data scientistsand platform teams to deliver scalable, secureand resilient cloud solutions supportingagentic,analytics, AI/MLand business-critical workloads. You will provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practicesand serve as an escalation point for complex production issues.\nDesign and support infrastructure capabilities enabling enterprise agentic frameworks and AI agent deployment patterns.\n\nDesign, implement and operatehighly scalableand resilientdata and analytics platforms on GCP handling large-scale workloads.\n\nAnalysebusiness and technical requirements and translate them into secure, resilientand cost-efficient solution designs.\n\nLead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture reviews and engineering governance activities.\n\nDesign,engineerandoperatecloud infrastructure supporting AI/ML and Generative AI workloads.\n\nSupport enterprise adoption of AI platforms, model serving environments and agentic application architectures.\n\nImplement cloud-native engineering practices including Infrastructure asCode, CI/CD, automated testing and DevSecOpscontrols.\n\nLead troubleshooting and remediation of complex production issues across infrastructure, data platforms, Kubernetesand distributed systems.\n\nAct as L3 escalation point for major incidents, drive root cause analysisand implement permanent corrective actions.\n\nDrive observability, monitoringand reliability improvements through SRE principles, automationand proactive capacity management.\n\nOptimiseperformance, scalabilityand cost across BigQuery, Dataproc, Spark and related cloud services.\n\nMentor junior engineers, conduct design/code reviews and promote engineering best practices.\n\nContinuously evaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies to improve platform capabilities.\n\nJob Requirements\n10+ years of infrastructure, platformor cloud engineering experience with at least 5 years in GCP.\n\nExperience supporting or engineering platforms that enable AI/ML, Generative AI or Agentic workloads will be highly advantageous.\n\nStrong hands-on experience designing, implementing and operating enterprise-scale solutions on GCP.\n\nDeep expertise in BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Storage and cloud-native data platforms.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerised workloads in production environments.\n\nStrong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.\n\nExperience architecting and supporting production workloads across hybrid cloud environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of Spark and schema formats such as Avro and Parquet.\n\nDemonstrated experience troubleshooting complex distributed stems and cloud-native workloads.\n\nExperience leading root cause analysis, problem management and operational improvement initiatives.\n\nHands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring, observability, log analysis and incident response.\n\nAbility to implement and automate workload-level security controls within GCP.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and technical leadership skills.\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\n\nNice to Have\nGoogle Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Professional Data Engineer certification.\n\nExperience leading engineering squads or serving as technical lead for cloud initiatives.\n\nDevelopment experience in Python and/or Java.\n\nExperience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.\n\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana or Prometheus.\n\nExperience with SQL platforms including PostgreSQL and MySQL.\n\nExperience supporting regulated enterprise or
