This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, aligning with business objectives and contributing to the bank's strategic goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning & Alignment:\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, BA and Tech Leads to define scope, timelines, and budgets.\nDrive weekly Capacity/prioritization meeting with Business.\nDelivery Oversight & Risk Management:\nTrack progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks proactively.\nProtect timelines and scope by challenging the business, when necessary, with support from key stakeholders.\nPlan and manage releases, including dependencies across subsystems and teams and ensure delivery plans for all assigned squads align seamlessly with overall initiative release timelines.\nMedium -
