Process cash margin, BAD/CAD pledge on transactional basis.\n将相关贸易融资以及资金的转移收付录入银行系统并确保数据准确性, 根据流程处理交易层面的客户保证金和质押票据的收付.\n- Conduct post checking/monitoring of trade related supporting documents which shall be align with “3 measures & 1 guideline”.\n根据”3个办法一个指引” 的要求进行贷后文件的跟踪和审核.\n- Handle DBS client inquiry on trade finance related transactions.\n处理星展客户关于贸易融资业务的查询/咨询.\n- Make sure any deviations/irregulars were raised to Team head, and obtain proper DOA approval on exceptions.\n确保任何异常交易被上报给部门主管，并且在处理异例前得到相应的授权。\n- Conduct regulatory, MIS and other internal/external reporting for trade finance business i.e.SAFE/UPRR/RCPMIS/FTZMIS etc.\n及时提交对内对外相关报表.\n- Assist team head to improve/maintain internal and external audit score, and make sure no significant finding during assessment.\n协助部门主管/经理共同达到集团内部审计和外部审计的评定要求，并在规定时间内完成整改要求。\n- Participate in bank’s training if necessary.\n积极参与银行相关培训.\nEducation and Relevant Experience\n- Bachelor degree holder or above.\n- CDCS certificate/CSDG certificate\n- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Finance operations including OA Finance, Draft and Import/export Trade Finance.\nFunctional / Technical Competencies\n- Good knowledge on Trade Finance and related rules, regulation and practice,\n- In-depth knowledge on trade related international rules, regulations and practices\n- Basic knowledge of accounting\n- Proficient in commonly used data analysis software e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, etc.\n- Good data visualization skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and insightful charts and reports\n- Good PC skills and good command of English and Mandarin.\n- Good communication skill and problem solving skill.\n- Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline\nLocation:\nPRC -
