Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.\nResponsibilities\n(1) Promotion of Financial Planning Services and Wealth Mgt Products\nAcquire new affluent customers and identify business opportunities through cross-selling, referrals, personal business connections, etc.\nIdentify customer needs through FNA to provide tailored solutions across a broad range of banking, insurance, and investment products, including investment profile reviews and portfolio management.\nOffer suitable wealth management products and services based on customer profiles, clearly explaining products and their associated risks.\nAddress customer queries related to wealth management, including investment and treasury products\nExecute call activities in line with the Relationship Management Model and other sales-related duties as assigned by BM / Team lead / CM.\nMeet and exceed assigned sales and business targets to maximize revenue contribution to DBS Treasures.\nPerform RI regulated activities and TR insurance activities\nAttend relevant training and briefings, reflect customer feedback and competitive insights, and recommend suggestions to BM / Team lead / CM.\n(2) Relationship Building and Account Servicing \nMaintain regular contact with existing customers to foster and deepen relationships, thereby reducing attrition.\nUpdate customers on the latest product and market information, account status, and conduct portfolio reviews to enhance product utilization, penetration, and increase share of wallet.\nHandle inquiries and execute financial transactions, orders, and operations for customers.\nStay informed about current economic and financial markets to proficiently address customer Make cross-referrals for other consumer banking products to appropriate staff for follow-up.\n(3) Customer Experience Management\nDeliver superior customer service and professional financial solutions through thorough financial needs analysis and planning, adapting to evolving customer needs.\nAchieve and exceed the service standards set by the Bank.\n(4) Audit and Compliance Control\nAdhere to the bank’s policies, standards, operational guidelines/procedures, security, and internal control measures.\nComply with all compliance and regulatory requirements and codes of conduct, particularly those applicable to selling, including licensing, fitness and properness, KYC, FNA, PDPO, AML and documentation completeness for account opening and each transaction.\nComply with the registered capacity and any conditions imposed by the HKMA, including applicable requirements of the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC.\n(5) Teamwork\nWork collaboratively with colleagues and partners to ensure team objectives are met, fostering harmony and unity within the team.\nRequirements\n1. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in consumer banking, with a preference for specialization in the affluent segment.\n2. A consistent and proven sales track record in wealth management products.\n3. Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related discipline;\n4. Must be a registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4] with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent; and\n5. Must be a registered TR [General* & Long Term (incl. linked long term)] with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2*, 3 & 5; or equivalent.\n[*New staff who does not possess the required general insurance qualification is required to pass the IIQE Paper 2 within three months after the commencement of service.]\n6. Preferably a registered CI - CRWP (ECF-RWM).\n7. CFP and CFA designation would be an advantage.\n8. Possesses excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, an inquisitive mind, and a strong ability to influence others.\n9. Demonstrates self-drive and high ambition.\n10.
