In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.\nJob Role\nLead the end user service engineering, with accountability for the strategy, architecture, engineering, governance and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint platforms in delivering secure, resilient, and compliant endpoint services while driving technology modernization initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nDefine the end user services engineering and multi year roadmap, aligned to business priorities, technology standards . \nLead engineering teams in the delivery of Windows and MacOS endpoint services, security controls, and platform modernization initiatives. \nEstablish and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) governance, change management, and problem management frameworks. Act as the gatekeeper for SOE changes and governance activities \nOversee audit responses, risk remediation activities, and compliance requirements. \nDrive endpoint security initiatives such as application control, operating system lifecycle management, and Windows/MacOS platform hardening. \nPartner with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to ensure service reliability and operational excellence. \nLead, coach and develop a high performing team of endpoint engineers and provide technical guidance to the team for end user computing guidance. \nLeading and supporting team members. \nMaximizing team performance and value delivery while supporting individual career aspirations. \nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate will be well organized, process focused, and self-driven as this is a fast-paced and highly technical environment. The role requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDeep technical knowledge of endpoint engineer for Windows and MacOS, SOE design, configuration management, lifecycle management of endpoint from provisioning, maintenance to decommission. \nExperience with conducting research into emerging technologies and applying research to business; skilled in comprehensive testing of new technologies to ensure problem free deployment to users. \nExcellent analytical, management and planning skills \nKnowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools; track record of success in managing IT projects; effective problem solving abilities; motivated to develop creative solutions to common processes or problems \nAble to work independently and as a team \nEnglish speaking and good communication skills. \nProviding systems support and implementation, include regional support. \nExperience in working in banking environment is preferred \nPossess the verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in
