The ideal candidate will have expertise in data center networking, automation, and security to support mission-critical financial applications.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManagement of network daily activities; implement change, review change script and support incident and problem troubleshooting .\nManagement of network incidents escalations from L1/L2, response to all incident , problem and security incident, willing to work for 24 x 7 Standby. \nResponsible to work with the respective infra tower teams and Application team in troubleshooting and identify root cause of all incidents.\nResponsible to work with the respective network vendors, support teams for the troubleshooting, identification and resolution of network problems.\nHandling of the critical network incidents under pressure situations to resolve in timely manner to minimize the business impact.\nAttend to conference calls with other support teams for problem identification and resolutions.\nMust have good communication skills and able to work independently.\nMust adhere to process and policies of the Bank.\nAble to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.\nSenior technical role responsible for quick resolution of network related problems. Proactive approach to handling and managing the network problems and ability to drive the problem situation towards resolution, without getting stuck by the dependencies on external factors.\nAble to use technical knowledge to proactively identify the potential network problems and imminent business impact areas and prevent the same. Able to guide junior members in the team for the same.\nWork extended hours (weekday evening, weekends) if needed in case of ongoing production problems.\nJob Requirements\nAround 10+ years of network operation experiences. CCIE is preferred.\nExpertise in network protocols, architectures , and technologies ( e.g. TCP/IP, BGP , MPLS, MP-BGP, EVPN)\nIn-depth understanding of the networking concepts ? Routing, switching , LAN/WAN, Sapnning Tree protocol, HSRP, ARP,VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, Cisco ACI, VxLAN BGP eVPN, SDA, SDWAN etc.\nHands on experience on routers and switches for advanced troubleshooting of the network related problems and incidents.\nAdvanced hands-on experience on troubleshooting complex network problems.\nLogical and analytical thinking and problem analysis skills to troubleshoot complex network problem to isolate the root cause and provide suitable resolution\nStrong problem-solving skills and positive attitude .\nExcellent team player and strong
