Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and organisational complexity.\nPossess a track record of managing and developing engineering leaders and technical professionals. Strong coaching, mentoring and succession planning capabilities.\nExperience balancing innovation, R&D work and production delivery commitments simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of banking
