The Engineering Manager/Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the engineering department within the organization. You will work directly with the CEO/CTO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOversight of the full software development lifecycle required for a group of developers and testers in an agile environment.\nLeading staff to implement clients in the most efficient, time-driven manner.\nThe manager is responsible for the total quality of the technical deliverables in their domain, making sure that they are secure and defect-free.\nMentoring technical staff during projects to ensure continuous improvement.\nWorking with each resource to define and act upon career paths and obtain appropriate training.\nIs responsible for the hiring, training, staff development, performance appraisals, corrective action, and pay review of technical personnel.\nDeveloping and establishing department standards and procedures.\nRecommends the most efficient ways to ensure the best implementation practices of new upgraded products.\nEvaluates and reports progress and results.\n\nRequirements: \nHands-on with AWS, Frontend HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Java, design patterns, designing on UML, XML, web services, and databases such as MYSQL, SQL Server with complex queries.\nA respectable knowledge of SQL and AWS.\nPrior role/experience as an Architect will be a plus.\nKnowledge of running large-scale multi-tenant applications.\nExperience in team handling/project management.\nAdvantages of having experience in product development.\nWilling to work on multiple platforms/domains such as e-commerce, SaaS, and CRM.\nExperience with Salesforce and services is a strong plus.\nGood understanding of troubleshooting methodology.\nMust have hands-on experience in Java, front-end technologies like Bootstrap, jQuery, AWS, Modular software development, multi-tenant architecture, and highly scalable systems.\nMust have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience demonstrating required skills and competencies in engineering.\nBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
