minimum 3 days on site\nSalary Range : $160-185k\nKey Responsibilities : \nData Architecture & Data management:\nDefine, implement and maintain the data architecture, ensuring it meets Business requirements and remains fully consistent with the global IS architecture, Data Governance principles, and DBV’s standards.\nBuild and maintain data architecture standards and frameworks.\nCollaborate with IS team and Business leaders on enterprise data strategy.\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation and system mapping across business units.\nDefine and maintain rules, policies, and standards related to data availability, integrity, confidentiality, traceability and storage.\nEnsure Data architecture compliance (with regulatory requirements, privacy and security policies), performance, sustainability, alignment with business needs, and optimization of the data lifecycle.\nPut in place and lead data governance including data quality, stewardship and lineage.\nCoordinate Data teams and ensure proper governance.\nContribute to technology decisions supporting the data lifecycle.\nSelect, implement, and maintain appropriate storage solutions, including data lakes, warehouse, and cloud platform.\nData Integration Platform:\nDesign, implement, oversee and maintain the data integration platform.\nMaster Data Management Solution:\nDesign, build, oversee and maintain the enterprise's Master Data Management solution.\nMaintain continuous technology watch.\nQualifications : \nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Data, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s degree / Engineering School / University).\nSignificant experience in Data architecture, Data governance, and implementation of Cloud analytics platforms.\nExperience designing and deploying Data solutions within Azure / Microsoft Fabric environments.\nExperience leading cross-functional Data projects and coordinating business and IT teams.\nStrong understanding of data quality, security, compliance, and data lifecycle management challenges.\nProficiency in data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, and physical)\nDeep knowledge of MDM, data catalogs, or metadata governance tools\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azur Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI, pipelines, and notebooks.\nExperience with ETL/ELT frameworks, data integration & ingestion (ETL/ELT, APIs, SFTP, Blob Storage).\nAzure Cloud architecture: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure AD.\nData governance and security: RBAC, RLS, traceability, and data quality management.\nData flow management and orchestration of data processing.\nProficiency in SQL, Python, and BI/Data Visualization tools.\nKnowledge of DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD best practices.\nUnderstanding of data governance, lineage, and security best practices.\nBackground in regulated industries with complex compliance needs.\nStrong understanding of Finance processes: reporting, financial KPIs, master/reference data, and controlling.\nKnowledge of Supply Chain processes: procurement, logistics, inventory, forecasting, and operational performance.\nKnowledge of Digital Marketing use cases: media campaigns, analytics, CRM, segmentation, social/search data, and performance marketing.\nAbility to translate business requirements into sustainable and governed Data solutions.\n\n Behavioral skills : \nCuriosity: Keep on exploring uncharted territories.
