You’ll report directly to the General Counsel and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of legal functions across the company. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, hands-on in-house environment.\nEssential Duties:\nCoordinate closely with and report directly to General Counsel to support all legal department needs, with a focus on contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and tracking a variety of commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor agreements, customer contracts, construction-related agreements).\n\nMaintain and organize corporate governance records, including board resolutions, consents, and subsidiary management.\n\nAssist with legal compliance matters, including insurance, regulatory filings, and license renewals.\n\nManage contract and entity databases; maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records.\n\nCoordinate signatures, manage version control, and help ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAssist in developing and improving legal processes, playbooks, and templates.\n\nEducation/Training/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.\n\n3-6 years of corporate or commercial paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (prior in-house experience a plus).\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
