this job, you will:\nidentify and engage potential clients across various sectors, including data centre operators, hyperscalers, data centre suppliers, consultancies, and investment groups.\nmanage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to successfully closing deals.\nmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.\neffectively present and demonstrate our data centre research products, reports, and subscription services.\ncollaborate closely with our marketing and research teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with current market trends.\nconsistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and dedicated business development efforts.\nmaintain meticulous records in our CRM systems and provide regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts.\nThe ideal candidate is:\nexperienced in selling information services or market intelligence, preferably in the data centre, real estate, or digital infrastructure sector\nexceptional at communicating and negotiating, and have a track record of effectively engaging with executives and key decision-makers\nsomeone who is motivated to drive results independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams\nskilled at building pipelines, closing deals and forecasting
