In dezelfde periode is het waterschap net live gegaan met het nieuwe financiële systeem, Unit4 ERPx.\n\nVoor de implementatie van het Contract Management Systeem en extra ondersteuning bij de livegang van het financiële systeem zoekt Waterschap Brabantse Delta een extra Functioneel Beheerder. In deze rol implementeer je samen met de leverancier het nieuwe Contract Management Systeem en ondersteun je waar nodig de Functioneel Beheerders van het financiële systeem.\n\nDe verwachting is dat je ongeveer 50% van je beschikbare tijd bezig bent met de implementatie van het nieuwe systeem en 50% met de ondersteuning van het financiële systeem.\n\nDe Functioneel Beheerder wordt ingezet voor de volgende werkzaamheden:\n\n• Implementatie van het Contract Management Systeem (CMS);\n\n• Het testen van CMS samen met de key users;\n\n• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor CMS-gebruikers;\n\n• Functioneel beheer van CMS in de eerste periode na livegang;\n\n• Training van functioneel beheerders in het gebruik van CMS;\n\n• Ondersteuning van het functioneel beheer van ERPx (Unit4);\n\n• Ondersteuning van het functioneel beheer van FP&A (Unit4).\n\nFunctie-eisen:\n\nMinimaal 3 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring;\n\nMinimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante opleidingen;\n\nBewezen ervaring met het testen en implementeren van nieuwe systemen;\n\nTheoretische en praktische kennis van Unit4 ERPx.\n\nGericht op samenwerken en het overdragen van kennis en vaardigheden;\n\nKlant- en resultaatgericht;\n\nGoede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.
