De rol richt zich op het creëren van overzicht, het bewaken van voortgang en afhankelijkheden, het borgen van governance en het vertalen van strategische security-doelstellingen naar concrete initiatieven binnen het Jira-portfoliomodel.\n\nAchtergrond opdracht\n\nJe gaat aan de slag binnen het organisatieonderdeel CTO Office (CTOO). CTOO ziet toe op een optimale en effectieve inzet van technologie (hardware, software, organisatie, processen en methoden). Binnen CTOO is het aandachtsgebied Security, Continuity en Privacy (SCP) verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van veiligheid, continuïteit en vertrouwelijkheid van ICT in elke fase van de voortbrenging door IV, zowel aan de infrastructurele als applicatieve kant. Om sturing te geven aan de security-agenda is een Security Roadmap opgesteld.\n\nWerkzaamheden\n\n• \n\n• Besturen en coördineren van de Security Roadmap.\n\n• Creëren van overzicht en bewaken van voortgang en afhankelijkheden.\n\n• Borgen van governance rondom security-initiatieven.\n\n• Vertalen van strategische security-doelstellingen naar concrete initiatieven in het Jira-portfoliomodel.\n\n• Fungeren als spil tussen security, IT-management, architectuur, delivery teams en overige stakeholders.\n\n• Zorgen dat de roadmap tijdig en conform afspraken wordt uitgevoerd.\n\nFunctie-eisen:\n\nErvaring in IT-portfoliomanagement (minimaal 8 jaar).\n\nErvaring binnen complexe IT-organisaties (minimaal 5 jaar).\n\nRuime ervaring met Jira en Agile delivery-organisaties (minimaal 3 jaar).\n\nWensen:\n\nErvaring binnen de Rijksoverheid is een pre.
