From campaign planning and activation through to optimisation and reporting, you'll play a key role in ensuring every campaign delivers against its objectives.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDeveloping and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and marketing automation tools\nTranslating client objectives into clear campaign strategies, plans and performance frameworks\nManaging campaign delivery, timelines, budgets and KPIs to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard\nMonitoring and optimising campaign performance using data, insights and testing to maximise ROI\nBuilding meaningful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted marketing adviser\nCreating impactful reports and recommendations that help clients understand results and identify future opportunities\nSupporting pitches, proposals and strategic planning for both existing and prospective clients\nStaying ahead of marketing trends, platform developments and emerging technologies\nAI-Enabled Marketing\nAt Fifth Ring, AI is becoming a core part of how we work. We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do want someone who embraces new ways of working.\nYou'll use AI tools as a collaborative partner to:\nStructure and analyse information\nSupport campaign planning and reporting\nImprove efficiency and consistency across projects\nHelp create proposals, recommendations and performance narratives\nShare ideas and best practice with colleagues\nRequirements\nAbout You\nYou'll bring:\nAround 3 to 5 years' experience in a campaign, digital marketing or performance marketing role\nStrong knowledge of B2B marketing and the customer journey\nHands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta and marketing automation tools\nA solid understanding of campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM and conversion rates\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar to improve productivity and collaboration\nEligible to work in the United Kingdom\nBonus Points For\nAgency or consultancy experience\nExperience working with international clients and markets\nUnderstanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)\nExposure to APAC or Chinese marketing channels\nFamiliarity with marketing technology stacks, CRM systems and advanced reporting
