This role connects every business-critical platform - ERP, CRM, engineering, and collaboration systems - enabling automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. The candidate will operate as the single point of accountability for system-to-system data movement and orchestration, acting as a cross-functional enabler of dcbel's application ecosystem.\nMain responsibilities\nOwn the Enterprise Integration Services landscape: technical requirements, governance, standards, patterns, and continuous evolution - ensuring scalability.\nOwn system connectivity and data orchestration across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Atlassian, engineering systems, and SaaS platforms.\nOwn end-to-end business process automation across departments, reducing manual intervention through integration workflows.\nOwn data integrity, reliability, and monitoring including logging, alerting, and incident management.\nOwn integration architecture and technical direction including APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns aligned with Azure.\nOwn security and compliance: authentication, authorization, and auditability of data flows.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and external partners; act as bridge between business and technical execution.\nDrive continuous improvement through modern integration patterns and reusable components.\nKey requirements\n7+ years in application integration or enterprise systems.\nStrong Microsoft ecosystem experience: Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform.\nHands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms (Atlassian, engineering tools, etc.).\nExperience designing real-time and batch integrations using APIs and integration patterns.\nExperience in manufacturing or ERP-centric environments (asset).\nExperience supporting production environments where reliability and data consistency matter.\nCertifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (asset)\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (asset)\nAzure Integration Services certification or equivalent (asset)\nProfile\nSystems thinking and enterprise architecture mindset.\nStrong judgement balancing reliability, security, scalability, and business impact.\nOwnership mindset: proactively identifies gaps and risks.\nAbility to translate business processes into technical integration solutions.\nIndependent, structured, and end-to-end execution capability.\nStrong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.\nEntrepreneurial mindset, result oriented and strong EQ.\nWhat's in it for you\nBe part of a company that is backed by numerous globally respected investors and has world-changing patents in an industry changing for the first time in history.\nGrow your professional experience amongst blue chip partners and a close-knit team of committed and experienced energy experts who deeply care about the work they do.\nFull benefits package including Health insurance, Health virtual care, employee stock options plan (ESOP) and flexible hours.
