and coordinate change management activities related to both business processes and technical solutions\n\nManage and coordinate changes required across application development teams as part of the Management\n\nProven hands-on experience managing change and release activities within cloud migration or cloud transformation projects\n\nExperience working with application development teams and coordinating technical changes across complex IT environments\n\nStrong understanding of structured change and release management processes, governance and controls\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAbility to engage stakeholders, drive follow-up actions and bring clarity to complex topics in both written and verbal communication\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights\n\nExperience facilitating communication, knowledge-sharing and upskilling activities related to organisational or technical change\n\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken\n\nStrong sense of ownership, proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to work independently and drive activities through to completion\n\nNice to have:\nPrevious experience working as a Release Manager within Nordea is considered a significant advantage\n\nPrevious experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) transformation or migration programmes\n\nExperience working within large-scale banking or
