Full-time\n\nWork mode: Onsite - Saturdays inclusive during peak period\n\nSummary\n\n In this role, you will drive overall business growth by leading sales efforts across both retail and corporate gifting , generating leads, securing new clients, and sending tailored proposals, particularly in the corporate and lifestyle gifting space.\n\n You will also oversee custom gifting services and collaborate across teams to expand market reach.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.\n\n Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors including corporate gifting, events, hospitality, and high-end retail.\n\n Prepare and send business proposals, tailored pitches, and service decks to potential clients.\n\n Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.\n\n Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.\n\n Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure product offerings and campaigns are aligned with client demands and market trends.\n\n Oversee the customization and personalization services for clients, ensuring high standards and brand alignment.\n\n Monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust tactics accordingly.\n\n Manage pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and budget planning in partnership with operations.\n\n Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements to build visibility and generate leads.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.\n\n 5–8 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in a gifting, retail, or lifestyle environment.\n\n Proven track record of generating leads, closing high-value deals, and achieving sales targets.\n\n Experience working with premium, custom, or personalized products is a strong advantage.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads.\n\n Exceptional proposal writing, client presentation, and negotiation skills.\n\n Strong leadership, team management, and performance coaching abilities.\n\n Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management, and digital sales platforms.\n\n Ability to create and deliver compelling sales materials and custom proposals.\n\n Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.\n\n Creative thinking,
