access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions\nAssess findings and recommend actions aligned with business requirements\nEngage and collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers\nFacilitate information gathering required for access remediation activities\nAct as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders\nCollaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to define actions and mitigations\nFacilitate onboarding of applications and access groups to SailPoint IIQ\nCoordinate cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts\nFacilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities\nSupport prioritization of activities and scope change management\nIdentify project risks and propose mitigation actions\nWymagania\nRequirements:\nProven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ \nStrong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ \nGood understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM) \nPractical experience in application security and user access management analysis \nExperience supporting onboarding and cleanup activities within IAM initiatives \nAbility to collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, system providers, and IAM experts \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills \nAbility to support and challenge stakeholders while aligning with project objectives \nSelf-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindset \nBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field \nVery good command of English, both spoken and written \nTech stack\nSecurity\nIAM\nStakeholder
