medical care\nCo-financing for the sports card\nConstant support of dedicated consultant\nEmployee referral program\n Zakres obowiązków\nDesign and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript and modern front-end technologies \nImplement approved UI/UX designs in line with the established Design System and development standards \nBuild reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries \nCollaborate closely with Senior UI/UX and Front-End specialists to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs \nIntegrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and backend microservices \nEnsure high application performance, responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility \nSupport compliance with web accessibility standards, including WCAG \nIdentify and raise potential usability, consistency and design issues during implementation \nTroubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues \nDevelop and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components \nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions and other Agile ceremonies \nWymagania\nRequirements:\n8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 6 years of hands-on React.js development \nStrong practical experience with React.js and TypeScript \nExperience developing enterprise-scale front-end applications \nGood understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-based development \nExperience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API or similar technologies \nAbility to work with UI/UX designs and tools such as Figma, translating designs into accurate front-end implementations \nExperience integrating applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs \nUnderstanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility \nBasic knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility principles \nExperience with automated front-end testing, including unit and integration testing \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments \nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders \nFluency in English (both written and spoken) \n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Micro Frontend architecture, particularly Module Federation \nBasic knowledge of SQL and relational databases \nExperience working in financial services, banking or transfer agency environments \nPrevious experience working with enterprise-level design systems \nTech stack\nReact\nTypeScript\nUI\nDesign System\nREST
