and data flows\nDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks\nCreate regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines\nSupport the implementation of the Automation First approach\nCooperate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and other teams\nSupport automation of new features and existing products\nAnalyze test results and prepare test evidence\nUse AI and GitHub Copilot to improve test automation efficiency\nParticipate in defining and evolving the automation strategy\nArchitect scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks\nSupport quality-related activities across the team\nMentor less experienced team members in test automation practices\nWymagania\nProven experience of 6+ years in automated software testing within complex enterprise environments\nStrong understanding of QA methodology, including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement\nHands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks\nStrong proficiency in Java 17+, object-oriented programming, Clean Code principles, and POJO-based design patterns\nPractical experience with RESTAssured, JUnit 5, and Lombok for API test automation\nSolid knowledge of REST architecture, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON/XML payloads, and SOAP/WSDL contracts\nStrong experience in REST and SOAP API testing, integration testing, backend services, and data distribution processes\nHands-on experience with test reporting tools, particularly Allure\nGood experience in SQL and database testing, including data validation and backend process verification\nPractical experience in testing integration solutions, asynchronous flows, Kafka-based integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven architecture\nExperience with qTest and Jira for test management and defect tracking\nStrong Git skills, including branching strategies, pull request workflows, code reviews, and conflict resolution\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution using Jenkins and/or Bamboo\nGood understanding of Agile ways of working and Scrum ceremonies\nExcellent English communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams\nProactive mindset and willingness to contribute to an Automation First approach\nExperience in preparing test evidence, automation reporting, and test coverage documentation\nAbility to mentor and support less experienced team members\nExperience with AI-assisted testing and GitHub Copilot usage in test automation\nTech
