and propose secure architecture to implement the organisation's strategy\n\nDevelop organisation's cybersecurity architecture to address security and privacy requirements\n\nProduce architectural documentation and specifications\n\nPresent high-level security architecture to stakeholders\n\nEstablish a secure environment during the development life cycle of systems, services and/or products\n\nLead the development, integration and maintenance of cybersecurity components, ensuring cybersecurity specifications are met\n\nAnalyse and evaluate the cybersecurity of the organisation's threats\n\nAssess the implemented architecture to maintain an appropriate level of security\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 10 years of relevant IT professional experience\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in a similar position\n\nMinimum 7 level of education: Master's degree\n\nEnglish level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam\n\nPossession of at least 4 internationally recognized cybersecurity, security architecture, audit, governance, risk management or enterprise architecture certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA (SCF/SCPA/SCMA), TOGAF (Foundation/Certified), CNDA, CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CRISC, GSNA, GCCC, GPPA, or equivalent certifications accepted by the Contracting Authority\n\nKnowledge of secure development lifecycle\n\nKnowledge of security architecture reference models and security solutions\n\nKnowledge of the latest technologies and solutions\n\nKnowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends\n\nAbility to understand organisation's mission, business objectives and associated risks\n\nAbility to conduct user and business requirements analysis\n\nAbility to develop architectural and functional specifications\n\nAbility to design cybersecurity systems and architectures based on Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles\n\nAbility to guide and communicate with implementers and IT personnel\n\nAbility to report, communicate and present to stakeholders\n\nAbility to propose cybersecurity architectures based on stakeholder needs and budget constraints\n\nAbility to select appropriate specifications, procedures and controls, including cryptographic models and access control techniques\n\nAbility to build resilience against points of failure across the architecture\n\nAbility to provide technological design leadership\n\nAbility to lead the integration of security solutions\n\nMastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools\n\nExpertise
