6.具备数仓ETL流程测试或开发经验，精通SQL，掌握hive, kafka, hbase, hadoop, elasticsearch 等;\n任职要求 / Requirements\n7.熟练使用Pyhton/Shell等脚本语言，loadrunner、Jmeter、Nmon等性能测试和监控工具中的一种或多种，独立编写测试脚本和用例; 8.具备独立完成或指导初中级测试人员完成撰写测试报告、典型缺陷分析报告、经验文档分享的能力; 9.能够指导初中级测试人员完成需求分析、测试案例编写及评审，能够从业务以及测试的角度给予指导和建议; 10.熟悉项目管理流程和软件开发过程，熟悉主流配置管理工具，如Git，SVN，Jenkins、Maven等相关工具的安装、配置、使用、升级、备份等维护操作; 11.理解配置管理理论和方法，熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统及相应命令，能够独立策划项目的配置管理工作; 12.熟悉性能测试整理流程、测试方法，具备性能测试需求分析能力; 13.熟悉Oracle、Mysql等数据库及语言，熟悉Weblogic、Tomcat、Websphere等中间应用; 14.对性能测试数据进行整理分析，定位缺陷，跟踪缺陷并完成回归测试，对结果进行分析，提交分析报告。15.具备良好的文字表达能力和沟通协调能力，具有端正的工作态度; 16.具备测试体系规划和测试流程改进、TMMi实施经验优先; 17.拥有质量评价体系建设经验优先; 18.具有丰富的功能自动化测试经验，主导并实施过至少两个银行相关项目的自动化测试工作,熟练掌握QC/QTP工具的使用及配置的优先;
