Some of our hosts include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Next and many more!\nOur Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face to face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in the stores that we work with, and line management responsibility to our team of retail associates. In return we provide:\nCompetitive rates of pay\n\nFree jewellery - up to £55 per month!\n\nMileage and parking expenses paid (subject to T&C’s)\n\nNo weekend working\n\nThis will be on a35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. Pay rate is £13.71 per hour.\nLocation: You will cover the zone of Brighton\nThis is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone so you will need to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.\nBeing tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.\nJob role -\nYou will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude - an ambassador for our brands\n\nConsistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales\n\nProvide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.\n\nFollow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment\n\nYour appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone\n\nRequirements\nThe experience we are looking for:\n\nSupervisory experience in a retail setting is a must - you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.\n\nConfident & positive with good interpersonal skills\n\nHappy to work unsupervised, following written & visual instructions\n\nHas a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands\n\nAble to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle.
