We are a modern 3PL and a technology company at heart, trusted by high-growth, innovative names in consumer electronics, health and beauty, wellness, and connected devices. Our proprietary platforms (eFactory, SelectShip, and ReturnTrak) give our clients full command of their supply chain, and our ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities deliver the precision and quality their customers expect. Headquartered in Silicon Valley with a national network reaching 96% of the U.S. population on two-day ground, we help ambitious brands scale without limits.\nWhy DCL\nWe are more than a fulfillment company. We are a team of people who make it happen. Our culture is built on four core values that show up in everything we do: Make It Happen, Be Resourceful, Deliver Operational Excellence, and We Care. Here, your work is visible, your ideas matter, and your impact is real from day one. We move fast, we hold ourselves to the highest standard, and we take care of our people. When you join DCL, you don't just join an organization. You join a family.\nLocation Requirements:\nThis is a hybrid position. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of the following locations: Louisville, KY; York, PA; the San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Perris, CA; Ontario, CA; or the greater Southern California area.\nAbout the Role\nThe Project Manager (PM) will lead internal initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across our fulfillment network. This role is focused on both operational execution and IT project delivery -driving cross-functional initiatives, implementing systems, and standardizing processes that support our warehouse operations and technology platforms. The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders across operations, IT, engineering, customer service and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.\nThis role reports directly to the Company President.\nResponsibilities\nPlan and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.\nServe as the central point of coordination between IT, Operations, Accounting, and other functional teams, translating each group's priorities and constraints into a shared project plan.\nRun regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder check-ins; maintain clear, consistent project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports).\nIdentify and resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and resource contention before they become blockers.\nEstablish and improve lightweight project management standards, templates, and governance so future cross-functional work doesn't have to start from scratch.\nTrack project health (scope, schedule, budget, risk) and escalate proactively when a project is at risk.\nPartner with functional managers to ensure resources are allocated appropriately without disrupting day-to-day departmental operations.\nSupport post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n PMP Certified with 3-6 years o f project management experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or IT project delivery.\nStrong understanding of fulfillment and warehouse operations, as well as related technology systems.\nExperience leading IT projects involving WMS, OMS, ERP, or ecommerce integrations.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).\nPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL certification a plus.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3871,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United
