You join a family.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily warehouse and logistics operations in our fast-paced 3PL environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and exceeding customer expectations. This role is responsible for managing workflow, optimizing productivity, and supporting operational excellence in alignment with DCL Logistics standards and overall business goals.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervise the day-to-day Warehouse Department operations including RMA and VAS functions.\nProvide effective leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.\nDevelop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals in accordance with Customer specific SLAs and KPIs.\nMonitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.\nConduct training and cross-training for new and existing employees.\nUtilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other logistics software to track and manage performance.\nConduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive and communicative work environment.\nPromote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout the facility in compliance with OSHA standards. \nAdheres to 5S Standards and continuously look for process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.\nMaintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.\nPerform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned.\nSKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures\nMust be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.\nMust be able to work in a warehouse environment where the temperature is affected by weather conditions\nStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.\nHigh level of time management and prioritization skills.\nExcellent communication, analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.\nAbility to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency.\nComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office systems is required.\nFlexible to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.\nBilingual candidates (English and Spanish) is a plus.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or 3PL Logistics environment is required\nB2B and B2C Operations experience is preferred. \nExperience operating Crown Material Handling Equipment such as but not limited to: Forklift, Stand Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, is required.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4165,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"high_school","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Consumer Electronics","Transportation & Logistics","Logistics"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-28T17:16:20Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":41,"reasons":["conf:39","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/dcl-logistics-warehouse-supervisor-2nd-shift","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/dcl-logistics-warehouse-supervisor-2nd-shift.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T18:06:08Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":341,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4659,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
